Gun Transfer Policy

The following policy applies to Simon Peter Sport Co. Including: FFL Dealers, Internet sales, Dinners, or Benefits. This policy also applies to any firearms that have not yet been picked up and are currently being stored here in our gun locker. After we receive your firearm transfer, the buyer will receive notification of the transfer. Once notified the buyer has 4 weeks to pick up the firearm. After the 4 week period, Simon Peter will charge a storage fee of $10.00 per firearm per month starting one month from the date we receive the firearm. We encourage buyers to to have all permits and valid ID cards before having your firearms transferred to us.
